Submission Guidelines
- Papers should be written in English and carefully checked for grammar. Figures should be of high quality.
- All submitted papers should report original, previously unpublished research results and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must attend and present in the conference.
- Papers should be prepared using the template. Word LaTeX
- Please submit your full paper(doc. format) to mvipit@163.com
To ensure high scientific quality, all papers will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee Members and external experts.
Once the reviewing process is complete, the contact author of each paper will be notified of the result by e-mail.
Submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism. Plagiarised paper will be rejected immediately and may be posted it on our conference website.
Note: At least one author of each accepted paper must attend the conference and deliver their presentation in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.

Opening date for paper submissions: 10 January, 2023

Notification of acceptance or rejection date: 6 Sep., 2023
Final paper submission date: 20 Sep., 2023
Peer Review Process
Submission of papers: Authors submit their papers by a specified deadline.
Initial review: An initial review will be conducted to ensure that the paper meets the conference’s submission criteria, such as topic relevance and formatting requirements.
Assignment of reviewers: Each paper will be assigned to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field.
Review process: The reviewers evaluate the paper based on its originality, clarity, methodology, contribution to the field, and overall quality. They also provide comments and suggestions for improvement.
Notification of acceptance/rejection: Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their papers based on the reviewers’ evaluations. The notification generally includes feedback from the reviewers.
Revision: If the paper is accepted with revisions, the authors have a specified amount of time to revise their paper and resubmit it for final review.
Final decision: After the revised paper is submitted, the reviewers conduct a final review to determine whether the suggested revisions have been adequately addressed. Based on this review, the editor make the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of the paper.

- At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
- Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 7 workdays after receiving your payment.
- Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
